BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND FOUNDERS

From its founding in 1930, Mooreland Hill School has been incorporated as a non-profit, educational institution within the laws of the State of Connecticut. As such, the school’s policies and business practices are determined by its Founders and Board of Trustees. Board members are elected and serve voluntarily. Traditionally, they are a combination of past and present parents, alumni, and others who are interested in the school’s well being. In essence, they set policies, oversee the school’s fiscal soundness and employ an educator to head the school. They welcome opinions and commentary from parents about the school.
